    Pig Cooker

I am looking to buy a charcoal/wood pig cooker.

I have talked to the guy at BQ grills and while his grill is a work of art they are expensive as heck.

What other local companies out there offer a charcoal cooker?

    Thanks,

I just got a new one from http://www.coastalenterprises.net/. It's gas but they can custom make any grill you need. Not cheap, but high quality. Quotes are always free I guess...

    Re: Pig Cooker

Melvin over at BQ Grills puts together one fine product...I have two of his right now and am looking to get another one as soon as I can justify it....He built our catering rig, the one labeled Partners in Swine BBQ, so I love his work.  There is another crowd right outside Goldsboro, right on 70 towards La Grange and then another one on down in New Bern area off of 70 again...but their names escape me right now..
